Voice Recording: It’s All About Quality

Right at the top of your portable Tascam DR07 recorder, you can find a pair of stereo, electrets-condenser microphone horns. The highly sensitive microphones capture the sound to its most intricate details, consequently delivering audio playback which sounds better even than the highest quality CD recording.

Furthermore, you can adjust the microphones’ input level to get best results when dealing with sound intensities at both extremes; it’s equally good for serene pianists and explosive metal-heads.

SD and SD-HC Support: Store More

You get a 2GB SD card with DR07 to start recording right away. You can further multiply the Tascam’s storage capability up to 16 times, thanks to the SD and SD-HC memory card support up to 32GB.

Speedy File Transfer, Great Connectivity

The truly “Universal” Serial Bus aka USB port and 3.5mm input / output jacks let you connect to any input, processing and output device in the world. With high speed USB 2.0 connectivity, you can transfer files to your notebook or desktop PC, easily and speedily.

The DR07 records voice in universally supported MP3 and 16 /24 bit WAV formats so you can save, compose and listen to your music on your PC. You can plug earphones, headphones, multimedia speakers, stereos and monitors in the DR07’s 3.5mm output jack to interact with, and listen to your recordings. Or, you may use the input jack to record with any external, line-microphone device.

Cool Speed Adjustability, and Quality Enhancing features

With a Tascam DR07 Portable Digital Recorder, you can slow down or speed up your recorded voice without making it squeak like wrangling cats; i.e. you can increase / decrease the playback speed without affecting the pitch of sound. The feature comes in handy for debate rehearsals and transcription purposes.

Coming to the quality enhancing features; we have low-cut filter, analog limiter and auto gain functions here. These filters and limiters thwart various sound distortions for crystal-clear sound recording.
